Common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment. Carrier, weather, holiday, or location delays may affect timing.

How can I track my order?

After shipment, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

How much is shipping?

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. Any paid shipping option, tax, or other applicable cost is shown at checkout before payment.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items purchased directly from lumabookv.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in good condition and include the original charging case, accessories, and packaging when possible.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Yes. After review, eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or returned items may receive a replacement, return, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

What items are not eligible for return?

Returns may be declined after 30 days, for misuse or unauthorized modification, missing important accessories, purchases made outside lumabookv.com, or when the returned item is not the item originally shipped.

Orders

Common questions about placing and managing orders.

How do I place an order?

Choose your product, add it to cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. We send an order confirmation email after payment is successful.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact support as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Email support@lumabookv.com immediately with your order number and correct address. If processing or shipment has not started, we will do our best to update it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout displays the currently available card and accelerated payment options for your device and region. Select your preferred available method before completing payment.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. Why?

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that payment succeeded and the checkout email was correct. If it is still missing, contact support with your name, payment time, and order details.

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What can I do?

Check your mailbox, safe delivery areas, household members, and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If the package is still missing, email support with your order number and tracking number so we can help investigate.

My package is delayed. What should I do?

Delivery can be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or location. If tracking has not moved for several business days, contact support with your order and tracking numbers.

Common questions about our products and warranty.

Are your products original/brand new?

Products sold on lumabookv.com are sold as new unless a product page clearly states otherwise. We do not list used products as new.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes. Products purchased directly from lumabookv.com include a 12-month limited warranty for verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What should I do if my item is defective or not working?

Email support@lumabookv.com with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos or video, and troubleshooting already attempted. For damaged, defective, or incorrect arrivals, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Are the product photos and videos accurate?

We work to show products accurately. Appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, production updates, or packaging changes. Always review the current product description before ordering.

Do you provide user manuals or setup guides?

Setup information may be included with the product or shown on its product page. If you need additional pairing or troubleshooting help, contact support and tell us your model.

Can I buy accessories or replacement parts?

Availability varies by product. Only items currently listed on our store can be purchased directly. Contact support before ordering if you need a specific replacement part or accessory.
