Lumabookv products purchased directly from lumabookv.com are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Please note: IPX4 sweat resistance means the product is designed to resist light sweat or splashes during normal use. It does not mean the product is fully waterproof or suitable for swimming, showering, or heavy water exposure.

Warranty Process
After receiving your warranty request, we may ask you to provide additional photos, videos, or troubleshooting information.
In some cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is approved.
If the issue is confirmed to be quality-related and covered under warranty, Lumabookv will provide an appropriate solution.
Replacement Shipping
For verified quality-related warranty claims, Lumabookv will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item when applicable.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for any return or replacement shipping costs.
Warranty on Replacement Products
Replacement products are covered for the remaining period of the original warranty.
For example, if your original product has 4 months of warranty remaining, the replacement product will also be covered for those remaining 4 months.
